A CLEAR SERVICE AGREEMENT

Terms of Service

These terms describe the responsibilities that keep MarkFlow useful, safe and reliable.

Effective 22 August 2026
These terms are a practical description of the MarkFlow service and are not a substitute for legal advice about your particular situation.

1. Accepting these terms

By creating an account or using MarkFlow, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use MarkFlow for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. Provide accurate account information, keep your credentials and recovery codes secure, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by MarkFlow’s failure to use reasonable security measures.

3. The service

MarkFlow provides bookmark capture, organization, search, Workspace collaboration, permissions, data tools and account-security features. Features may evolve. We may change or discontinue a feature when reasonably necessary, while taking reasonable steps to protect access to and export of your data.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you submit. You give MarkFlow a limited permission to host, process, copy and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure and improve the service. You are responsible for having the right to save or share content and for the permissions you assign inside a Workspace.

5. Shared Workspaces

Workspace owners and administrators can manage memberships, roles, permissions and shared content. Content placed in an organization Workspace may remain available to that Workspace if you leave or delete your account. Ownership must be transferred before an owner can delete their account.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use MarkFlow to break the law, infringe rights, distribute malware, harass others, bypass access controls, probe or disrupt infrastructure, automate abusive traffic, misrepresent identity, or store and share material you are not permitted to use. We may limit or suspend abusive activity to protect the service and users.

7. Third-party content and services

Bookmarks can point to third-party websites. MarkFlow does not control or endorse those sites and is not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Infrastructure and email providers may be used to deliver the service under their own terms.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep MarkFlow reliable, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Maintenance, network failures, provider outages and security events may affect availability. Offline capture is designed to reduce loss during network interruptions, but you should maintain exports or other copies of critical data.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using MarkFlow or delete your account at any time, subject to Workspace ownership safeguards. We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated violations, legal requirements or threats to the service. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to export data.

10. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, MarkFlow is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise that every external link, extracted title, link-health result or third-party service will be accurate or available. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect product, legal or security changes. Material revisions will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use after a revision becomes effective means you accept the revised terms.

12. Contact
